Road closure CONSENT FORM 2018b
Dear Homeowner, Tenant, Domestic worker, and children over the age of 18 years.
We have been advised by council that our road closure is now due for renewal and all documentation has to be submitted before the 15 August 2018 to JRA.
The road closures affected are:
- Elizabeth Avenue & 12thAvenue
- Autumn Road & Rietfontein Road and
- The booms at the guard house.
If this is not done to the satisfaction of the Council, they will remove the structures and fine us.
We will then have our roads open to the public, the traffic will increase with motorists shortcutting from 12thAvenue along Elizabeth to Main Rivonia Road, our security will ultimately be affected.
Please could you print the consent forms attached, complete them IN BLACK INK, and make sure they are legible.
Volunteers will also be canvassing our neighbourhood.
Please could every person in your house hold (Owners, tenants, Children over the age of 18, domestic staff, and employees) please complete a consent form.
Once you have completed your consent form please drop it in the box on the gate at No. 11 Vickers Avenue.
Please treat this application as urgent so that we may continue to enjoy a secure neighbourhood and our quiet roads.
