In request to a breakdown for the cost involved, Carol C has sent the following:
As we have had a few queries as to how the R60,000.00 we are having to raise for our Road closure will be spent I have given a breakdown for the approximate costs to be incurred to enable us to renew our road closure.
I have done an approximate price as I have used the pricing for advertising that Rivonia Woods paid two years ago, I have not included the price for new signage as I am still awaiting the quotes, but can assure all residents thatall funds will be used on this road closure.
At this point in time this is the plan of action –
- We need to raise the community needs to raise the pre-requisite funding afterwhich,
- the letters of consent will be obtained from residents.
- submission for renewal made to CoJ
It is important to recognise that Carol C is instrumental in this initiative – so any support is much appreciated.
